The Holidays are known for family recipes and cookie exchanging. One Monadnock region event combines tradition with fund raising. The Currier and Ives Cookie Tour chooses a different local not for profit organization each year to receive the proceeds of ticket sales raised. Together with the B&Bs , inns, restaurants, boutiques, gift shops and historical societies of the Monadnock Region, they open their doors to the public to share homemade holiday cookies and recipes. This year they raised $2000 for Conval 68 Hours Chapter. That will fund our Conval program for a full week with a little left over to roll into the next!
