Lake County Chapter Info to Help Feed 625 During Shutdown

Information regarding Lake County, OH End 68 Chapter:

We have reached out to all of the school districts that we serve and have coordinated food pick up/deliveries with those schools.

This is uncharted territory for all of us. What we do know is that we will still continue to feed children every week, like we’ve been doing during the school year, this will not change. But, the longer this crisis continues, we know that our numbers will increase and our supplies will start to run low. We have been in charge of this local chapter for five years and take pride in the fact that we have never had to turn a child away and we don’t plan to do it now.

WHAT DO WE NEED? WHAT CAN YOU DO?

As you know, we rely solely on donations, both food and monetary, we can’t survive without it. It costs us anywhere between $8-$11 per bag, per child, per week. This week, we fed 625 children. Please click on the links below and donate to us via PayPal or you can donate via Chip-In using your credit card, text: DONATE E68 to 609-212-0627 and be sure to click on Lake County!

We will be open during the following times to collect food/monetary donations. Starting next week through April 2nd. (Future dates will be communicated if needed) There will be a table in our front hallway. Food items can be placed there. We are allowing very limited access into our faculty at this time.

Food drop off times:
Wednesdays 5:00-730
Thursdays 9:00-1:00
We are located at 1223 Mentor Ave., Painesville. Same plaza as the Giant Eagle, three doors down from Pet Supplies Plus.

**Packing dates and times will be communicated as needed.**

Thank you for your continued love and support of our local school children.
