The Vacaville CA program will be holding a community fundraiser on Saturday, August 13th starting at 4pm!
Here are some areas they need help with:
1) Sponsorships – If you can send me contact information for someone that handles sponsorships at your organization (i.e. Northbay or Kaiser) we can forward them the forms below along with a letter.
2) Silent Auction / Raffle Items – We will take anything, especially someone that can manage this part of the fundraiser =)
3) Other Donations – We are going to serve beer and wine and would appreciate any wine donations; Also, we need cups and wine glasses (plastic okay) donated for approximately 125-144 people
4) Share – We have created a Facebook Event so if you have Facebook, please consider sharing this on your page: https://www.facebook.
5) Tickets – Come! Buy tickets on Eventbrite or we will have paper tickets printed out as well!
