Dan Wheeler, Manager of the Raymond NH Hannaford’s store, presented Claire Bloom, Founder and Executive Director of End 68 Hours of Hunger $40K for the End 68 Hours of Hunger Program! The funds were from the commission check that Hannafords received for selling the $487M power ball ticket in July! See the TV coverage by clicking the link below!
Hannafords added another $25K to that amount, and presented $100K in checks to several Raymond community organizations including the Raymond Coalition for Youth and several food pantries.
The End 68 Hours of Hunger funds will be used to support the Raymond NH program and to start new programs in the Hannaford’s catchment area.
End 68 Hours of Hunger is always looking for volunteers to start new programs, and these funds will ensure that there are resources to do so!
Thank you Hannafords!!!
